CW111C Beryllium copper used for relay
CW111C Beryllium Copper:
Physical properties:
Density | Melting point | Thermal conductivity | Electric conductivity |
8.25 g/cm3 | 985°C | 155 W/(m*K) | 22% IACS |
Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength | Yield strength | Elongation | Hardness |
1400-1750 MPa | 1260-1560 MPa | 1-15% | 290-350 HV |
We are usually packed in export wooden cases and lined with pearl-cotton foam to prevent scratches on the surface. The modes of transport are usually rail transport, sea transport, air transport and express delivery.
CW111C copper alloy applications:
CW111C High-Strength Wear-Resistant Beryllium Copper:
Medium strength and high conductivity parts, such as fuse fasteners, springs, connectors, resistance spot welding head, seam welding hob, die casting die, plastic forming die, etc.
CW111C beryllium copper is widely used in the manufacture of inserts and die cores in injection or steel molds. When used as inserts in plastic moulds, the CW111C beryllium copper can effectively reduce heat concentration zone temperatures and simplify or eliminate cooling channel design.
The excellent thermal conductivity of beryllium copper, approximately 3 to 4 times greater than that of die steel, ensures rapid and uniform cooling of plastic parts, reducing deformation, unclear shape details and similar defects, and significantly shortening product lead times in most cases.
Therefore, C17200 beryllium copper can be widely used in molds, cores and inserts that require rapid and uniform cooling, especially for high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and good polishing.
1) Blow molding: clamping part, ring and handle parts insert.
2) Injection mold: mold, mold core, insert in the corner of the TV shell, nozzle and hot runner system confluence cavity.
