- Chemical composition: Tellurium-copper alloy is mainly composed of two elements: copper (Cu) and tellurium (Te).
- Crystal structure: Tellurium copper alloy has a face-centered cubic crystal structure, forming a stable lattice structure under solid-state conditions.
- Melting point and density: The melting point of copper tellurium is about 1250°C, and the density is about 8.8 g/cm³.
- Phase diagram: Tellurium-copper alloy has single-phase and two-phase regions in the phase diagram. Its phase transition temperature and phase composition can be analyzed through the phase diagram.
